Apple’s newest iPhone 18 Pro series is now listed on the Philippine Apple website, with local pricing starting at PhP 94,990. The iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max feature a new A20 Pro chip, a variable-aperture main camera, longer battery life, and a redesigned Dynamic Island.
Pricing and availability
The iPhone 18 Pro starts at PhP 94,990 for 256GB, while the iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at PhP 99,990. Both models come in black, silver, glacier, and burgundy, with storage options up to 2TB. Despite the Philippines not being listed in the initial launch countries, the local pricing suggests a forthcoming release, pending official confirmation.
Apple has confirmed September 18 availability in over 65 countries, including Singapore. Another 20 countries will follow on September 25. However, the Philippines is not yet listed in Apple’s official launch-day country roster, so a local release date remains unconfirmed. Prospective buyers in the Philippines are advised to monitor the Apple website for updates.
Camera and performance upgrades
The iPhone 18 Pro series introduces a 48-megapixel Fusion Main camera with a variable aperture ranging from ƒ/1.48 to ƒ/4. This allows for better low-light photography and improved group shots. Users can also manually adjust aperture, shutter speed, white balance, and exposure through a histogram.

The A20 Pro chip, built on a 2nm process, powers both models. It features a six-core CPU, seven-core GPU, and a Dual 16-core Neural Engine. Apple claims the GPU is up to 40% faster than the A19 Pro, while memory bandwidth increases by 50%. A redesigned vapor chamber has three times the surface area of the previous generation, enabling up to 40% higher sustained performance.
Battery life and Dynamic Island
Battery life has been significantly improved, with the iPhone 18 Pro offering up to 36 hours of video playback and the Pro Max reaching up to 45 hours on eSIM-only models. The Pro can reach 50% charge in around 15 minutes, while the Pro Max can get around seven hours of video playback from five minutes of wired charging.
The Dynamic Island has been redesigned to display up to three Live Activities simultaneously while retaining Face ID functionality.
